In this role, you will ensure high deliverability rates, optimize email infrastructure, and implement security best practices to maintain our sender reputation and maximize email engagement. Your expertise in email authentication, deliverability, and troubleshooting will be essential in driving the success of our email strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain email infrastructure, including IP warming and server setups.
• Implement and manage email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to prevent spoofing and enhance security.
• Monitor and improve email deliverability, managing sender reputation and ISP feedback.
• Analyze performance metrics and troubleshoot issues related to email engagement and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align on email strategies and technical requirements.
