Job Title: Junior Business Analyst
Reports to: Senior Business Analyst or Business Analysis Manager
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Elicit and Document Business Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
2. Analyse Data and Processes: Analyse data and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
3. Develop Business Cases: Assist in developing business cases to support proposed changes or initiatives.
4. Create and Maintain Documentation: Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, including requirements documents, use cases, and business process diagrams.
5. Support Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in stakeholder engagement, including communication, training, and support.
6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to support business initiatives.
7. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
3. Skills:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
– Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
– Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques, such as use cases, business process modeling, and requirements gathering.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Certifications: FTI Business Analysis certification, such as CBAP or CCBA, is advantageous
